shred daY 2018

Role: Art Director + Graphic & Motion Designer

Task: Create an eye-catching monitor animation for the annual Shred Day for Seattle Credit Union members.

Deliverables:

This animation ran in six of the nine branches.

These animations are mute.

This version was produced for the remaining three branches. These three branches follow a new floor model and use vertical framed monitors.

This version was also used in social media.

eStatements

Members were also notified with their monthly statement. However, it was only available and sent as an eStatement.

Printing a hard copy of the statement would have been inappropriate. The eStatement does have a “front and back.”

This is the storyboard for the Shred Day animation.

The idea came about in 2017, but due to a lack of resources it was not executed until 2018—including the wireframe.

With Shred Day being one of the most asked about events, I wanted to do a very eye catching animation for the branches.
